Group therapy opportunities provide a unique experience for participants to learn, process and explore emotions, beliefs and thoughts associated with a shared issue.
This form of psychotherapy allows individuals to engage in a collective experience to gain skills and insight that can be applied towards their healing journey. Groups may vary in size and can focus on a variety of topics. At this time we do not offer any group counseling, however our support groups provide an opportunity to share personal experiences and coping strategies with others.
