JCFS Chicago currently offers three Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). 

  • Qmmunity: members of the LGBQIA+ community 
  • Shades of JCFS: individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Color 
  • AVID: Awareness of Visible and Invisible Disabilities

Our DEI Committee is made up of staff from all parts of the agency and meets quarterly to discuss current efforts and ideas about future programs.
